Responsibilities
- Control the proper processing of the operations performed at the branch.
- Control and approve specific counter operations executed by the team.
- Control the daily journals related to all daily transaction at the branch.
- provide a range of customer services and promote the marketing and sales of the
bank’s products and services.
- Open new accounts.
- Handle the safe boxes management.
- Review all files opened by the team.
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing the team by assigning work to team
members, supervising, and monitoring.
- Provide on-the-job training to trainees, and more specific operational and service
training to new hires.
- Other Similar Responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor degree in one of the following specializations: Banking-
Economics- Accounting- Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum Three years in operations & customer services at Banking filed.
- Languages skills: very good in English.
- Computer skills: very good in (Windows- MS. Office).
