Responsibilities
- Prepare the list of potential children for the rehabilitation program
- Ensure that the criteria for enrollment in the program are met, and prioritize the cases according the needs
- orient the families on the requirements of the program and on its importance
- Prepare and conduct an intensive training for the family members
- Prepare and conduct awareness sessions on all types of disabilities for parents who Have children with special needs
- Liaise with PSS case manager and PSS activity facilitator to include children's family members in PSS awareness sessions support Groups or any other MHPSS activities aiming at restoring maintaining or /and improving their psychological wellbeing
- Ensure the inclusion of a team of PSS ORVs in the training, based on the follow-up needs
- Assign the follow-up visit schedule for the children and their family members
- Discuss the cases of children the assigned PSS ORV conducting the home visit follow-up, and ensure their feedback i included in progress reports
- Ensure documentation of all cases as per the requirements outlined in the guidelines
- Ensure reporting on the progress of the cases as per the relevant form developed and shared by UNHCR
- Coordinate the CFS team for the children in the social /recreational activities
- Liaise with the psychologist to include the family members of the children in the awareness sessions, support groups or any other MHPSS activities aiming at restoring maintaining or improving their psychological wellbeing
- Participate in relevant training and attend meetings as required
- Perform any other related duties as required


Qualifications
- Occupational therapy/ physical therapy/ or health related BA
- Solid experience in the psych-social counseling field.
- Previous experience with disabilities
- Previous experience with NGOs or UN Agencies is preferred.
- good level in using English
- Basic Level in using MS. Office (Word, Excel, Emails)
