Main responsibility is to coordinate recruitment in the mission:
- To assist line managers and functional team leaders in recruitment process
- To support recruitment processes and make sure they are in compliance with the organization rules
- To anticipate gaps in positions and propose alternative solutions
- Follow up on staff development plans
- Support in identify training needs for staff
- Plan & organize internal and external training
- Prepare periodical reports on both recruitment, administration, and training
- Prepare and follow up staff induction plans
- Prepare Payroll
- Follow up on staff administration & welfare

- University degree in Business Administration, specialized in Human Resources is an asset (a plus)
- Basic knowledge in Human Resources Management tools such as organization charts, performance appraisal, job descriptions, staff training and development, talent management.
- Excellent command in both English and Arabic languages
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Ability to travel inside Syria.

- 1-2 years Experience in Recruitment
- Average experience in any HRIS

- Adaptability to sudden changes + Flexibility + Strong communication skills.
