•Develop and implement the sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market share GSAs in consultation with the Sales Managers of respective airlines
•Manage the territory budget preparation process, to ensure the sales and revenue opportunities are maximized
•Determine the growth opportunities to ensure an effective sales and market coverage. Monitor performance data & KPI's pertaining to sales and revenue for GSA airlines.
•Monitor and analyze individual airline sales figures and trends, investigate reasons for changes and disseminate information to all stakeholders making recommendations and ensuring corrective actions
•Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices. Set up sales call plans, daily, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed
•Guide, train, coach and review the performances and immediately address any shortcomings to derive an effective, high-performance Sales Team
Prepare reports for management on sales and market growth results and recommend the necessary changes to ensure the desired results are achieved in a rapidly changing and highly demanding business segments
•Visit travel agencies to develop & maintain relationships to ensure GSA airlines are represented promoted and that gaps & business opportunities are closed successfully Organize and support participation at individual or joint airline events, seminars, road-shows and functions to ensure our commitment to the GSA.

•BA in Business Administration or equivalent
•5+ yrs. in the aviation/ Travel industry with experience in sales and marketing with experience in a similar capacity a/function
•Needs to demonstrate knowledge of airline procedures and distribution systems
•Must have strong negotiating, influencing, problem solving and decision making skills
•Should have excellent command of written and spoken English. Arabic will be an advantage
