1. Operate & support all billing system modules and other integrated systems (i.e. CRM, Resource Management, Credit Control).
2. Operate & support the ISP (Internet Service Provider) billing system modules.
3. Modify configurations on billing system (CRM, Credit Control).
4. Apply batch services activation/cancelation as per request from (CS, MR&Sales) departments
5. Apply corrective actions on billing system based on billing vs. OCS (online charging system) upon receiving discrepancies reports from MIS-QA and RA.
6. Solve customers' complaints received by Customer Service effectively and timely as per related policies and procedures
7. Provide Customer Service with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied to solve the complaints.
8. Keep records about the corrective and preventive actions applied to solve customers’ complaints
9. Develop SQL queries for requested billing reports (one time, ad-hoc & scheduled) related to CS, MR&SL and FN departments.
10. Perform, monitor and follow up pre-activation process.
11. Ensure security of billing systems information (customer information, calls ….).
12. Perform all support requests related to billing on time and properly as per the associated policies.
13. Create and maintain packages & procedures used by other parties as systems interface to access billing system.
14. Perform requests received from other departments (MR&SL, CS) related to customers data.
15. Prepare the monthly claims processes requested from sales department (prepaid lines, stolen lines and EZ1 "easy one voucher" issues).
16. Recycle GSMs and SIMs upon request from MR&SL /CS.
17. Create and modify forms of reports printed from billing system (bill receipt...).

2. Experience: 1-2 Years Billing Experience Telecom
3. Professional Certification: Oracle, Unix are plus
