-Provides senior level administrative support to the General Manager.
-Maintains customers database by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
-Prepares quotations and keeps records on incoming and outgoing request and quotations.
- Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, notifying mangers and customers.
-Assists the Sales team with the quotations and all the requested offers.
-Assists the technical team with the quotations, all the requested offers and Schedules.
-Prepares statements, invoices, and vouchers if Request.
- Make outdoor meetings with Customers.
- Follows up with the clients and sends statements.

- Hold a Bachelor / License degree at least.
- At least 3 years of experience in Administrative work and Sales Department and related field.
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability work well with others.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn customized programs quickly.
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
- At least 3 years of experience in Administrative work and Sales Department and related field.
