•Act as liaison between clients and company and be the first point of contact with customer including answering calls and queries accurately and consistently.
•Maintain smartly presented, polite, diligent positive and professional attitude at all times.
•Assist customer service manager with day-to-day work and customer requirements.
•Coordinate with Service Engineers, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers; Monitor progress of works and customer satisfaction and feedback on completion.
•Prepare offers, letters and answer customer requests.
•Follow up with Field Service Engineers all missions assigned to them and report results to customer service manager.
•Address and resolve issues and complaints.
•Report problems and unresolved issues to customer service manager.
•Archive reports and formal communication documents properly.
•Create and update contact info records, customer details, inventory records and system installed base.
•Maintain calendars, schedules and coordinate appointments.
•Contribute to improve the business.
•Provide assistance and on -job training to other secretaries if needed.
•Perform other related duties as required.
