Responsibilities
Review the plans and tools of monitoring mechanisms and provide recommendations based on the objectives set by the department.
Review, improve, develop and design appropriate monitoring and data analysis tools to be implemented in the field.
Assist Economic Security delegate in identifying the monitoring strategies and drafting short- and mid-term plan of action.
Support Economic Security delegate in providing guidance and capacity building assistance regarding monitoring to the Economic Security department.
Assist Economic Security delegate in reviewing and developing accountability and community engagement tools, mechanisms and strategies.
Participate in field trips and support other field officers in their tasks.
Prepare, compile and/or translate Economic Security presentations, desk reviews, executive briefs and periodic reports.
Translate from Arabic to English and vice versa.

Qualifications
Minimum High School Degree.
3 - 5 year work experience in a similar field.
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Very good computer skills.
Good analytical skills.

The ICRC also visits people detained and helps them to stay in contact with their families. This service is also provided to families separated as a result of the fighting.
