Responsibilities
1- Plan and sell accommodations, ground transportation, insurance and other travel services.
2- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, rates and accommodations.
3- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers.
4- Book hotel reservations, transportation and collect payment/fees.
5- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials for cross-selling.
6- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
7- Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
8- Network with suppliers.
9- Meet profit and sales targets.


Qualifications
Fluency in English.
To speak another language is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent coordination skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Previous work experience as a travel agent.
Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling.
Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
Well knowledge of domestic and international travel trends and aviation industry.
