Responsibilities
-The goal is to design attractive compensation and benefits package, retain and motivate high quality employees, oversee and administer the employee’s total rewards.
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that aligned to our ABC strategy and business goals.
- Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct and indirect financial compensations and benefits.
- Conduct surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees.
- Make job evaluations, job classifications and grading systems.
- Conduct salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Manage monthly payroll inputs, processing and outputs.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with governmental regulation.
- Maintain accurate data in Human Resources Information System(HRIS).
- Respond to all payroll inquiries.
- Prepare budget for compensation and benefits section.
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree; Human Resources, Business Administration or Accounting

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Minimum three years of experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
Adequate knowledge of current Syrian labor laws, regulations and social security
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Languages Skills:
English (V. Good command in reading, writing and speaking)
Computer Skills:
V. good knowledge of HRIS, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) and Outlook.
