Responsibilities
o Analyze the brand, how it's positioned in the market and find targeted consumer insights
o Embrace the brand and take ownership of the vision, mission and goals
o Build brand and marketing strategies that will call into action our consumers
o Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
o Stay competitive with market trends, competitors' activities and consumers to identify issues and opportunities
o Create and update engagement strategies to increase consumer motivation and product relevance for the target market
o Align brand positioning and voice across all channels, creating new sales opportunities while fostering brand awareness
o Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors; activities to identify opportunities and key issues
o Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”.


Qualifications
 University degree in marketing or BA
 A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in product/brand management, preferably in the consumer goods sector, or related experience
 Successful experience in formulating and executing marketing plans, new product launches, development of packaging in the retail and/or consumer goods for retail industry in Syria
 Experience in the development of media plans is an asset
 Experience in management and coordination of marketing project within a company
 Knowledge of MS Project


Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Develop marketing strategies and tactics for products as well as the distribution
- Execute the annual marketing plans in collaboration with the various stakeholders from the marketing team
- Communication and optimization of the positioning of products
- Identify the new products to be launched and develop its positioning
- Work with the various stakeholders from the marketing team in the development of packaging for new/existing products
- Perform product launch post-mortems in order to ensure that the set goals are met,and implement strategies based on achieved results
- Manage the pricing strategy
