Responsibilities
-The Trainer should review the primary schedule of the course and topics for the theoretical and practical section attached.
-The Trainer can submit suggestions for developing or improving the schedule to be adopted after the approval of the Organization.
- The Agreed Trainer should submit the final detailed schedule to be approved by Oxfam.
- The Trainer should prepare a detailed schedule for the course, including detailed titles of the scientific subjects for both the practical and theoretical sections, and clarifying the mechanism of the workshop management.
- Trainer will hold all responsibilities in the theoretical part and supervise the trainees in the practical part during rolling cable.
- Should provide us at the end of the course an electronic copy and a hard copy of the scientific material that has been explained in both the theoretical and practical section.


Qualifications

Minimum bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
At least 10 years’ experience in maintenance of submersible pumps "preferred the higher experience"

Should have experience in vocational training
Submit available certificates for academic and experience


Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Oxfam may approve or reject proposed trainers, and the Trainer can’t employ trainers are not approved by Oxfam.
- the Trainer should exam the trainees at the end of each course and explain the mechanism of the exam.
- Oxfam may modify the date of the course if it deems that.
- Oxfam control the timing of the course "hours during the day" and the exhibitor has to commit to this timing.
- Oxfam has the right to repeat the courses with complying to all necessary procedures towards the trainers.
- Oxfam is not responsible for trainer’s transportation.
- Oxfam has the full right to attend courses and monitor attendance and performance in all times, Oxfam and its advisors can at any time from the date of this entry contract to enter to the site for inspection and monitoring of works status and its progress to conduct quality assessment analysis. From time to time Oxfam must meet with the onsite contractor to monitor the progress of the works and the overall contractor's performance. The contractor shall coordinate and collaborate with such visits and meetings.
- the Trainer should provide CVs for all the team members “Head of repair workshop, Technical Assistant “and provide copies of the academic and experience certificates.

Required Qualifications for practical part:
- Head of repair workshop: Head of repair and maintenance workshop for submersible pumps which available in the local market, at least 15 years’ experience in maintenance of submersible pumps “Holder of academic or experience certificate are preferred”,
should have a good experience in training domain
-Technical Assistant:
Working in maintenance of submersible pumps workshops, at least 5 years’ experience in maintenance of submersible pumps “Holder of academic or experience certificate are preferred” Should have a good experience in training domain

Primary detailed training schedule will be shared with selected candidates, to review before final selection.
