Responsibilities
) to be responsible of office and project logistics
b) to be responsible of the preparation of procurement documents and of the delivery and collection of offers to suppliers as per COOPI and donor procedures
c) To be responsible of receiving the materials/items/inputs foreseen in the project and collect the needed documents as per COOPI and donor procedures
d) to inform the Logistic and Procurement Specialist in case of any issue related to procurement and logistics
e) to be responsible of the project inventory as per COOPI and donor procedures
f) to attend and to be pro-actively engaged in COOPI meeting and training
g) to be responsible of the implementation of weekly logistic plan under the supervision of Logistic and procurement and Project Manager





Qualifications
Qualification and Experience:
• University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function in addition to knowledge in purchasing, warehousing, administration.

Skills and competencies:
• Good competency in Microsoft Office applications
• Diplomacy, tact and negotiating skills.
• Team-working skills.
• Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
• Attention to detail and excellent numeracy.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to keep clear and concise records.
• Very good comment in both spoken and written Arabic and English
