-Record the transactions in the General Journal and in the General Ledger in accordance to the internal accounting system.
-Prepare and ensure data accuracy of the General Ledge, the General Journal and the statistical reports, via the accounting system, required for the monthly balances in order to assess the organization Financial standing and the Final accounts
-Reconcile the general Journal to the cash-flow
-Review and reconcile Bank account balances with the bank records at month-end and proceed with the necessary adjustments
-Implement the accounting system accurately and ensure the proper functioning of the financial documents cycle
-Supervise timely month-end closing, prepare and analyze accounting reports and work according to the accrual principal keep he records without sacrificing accuracy
-Close advances and ensure of the validity of the records, the invoices and the receipts
-Assist certified auditors in the assessment of the financial operation
-Assist with the budgeting and in the preparation of the financial reports
-Participate in the completion of the fixed assets inventory
-Get purchase orders from the administration departments, ensure approval of all documents and prepare the required orders
-Keep supporting documents and papers in the files and records of the financial department in accordance with the organization's policies
