-Assists in the development and proactive maintenance of a sales prospecting letter process to insure effective follow-up to all sales efforts.
-Assists the Sales and Marketing staff in preparation of information for Requests for Proposal, requests for information, development and preparation of promotional materials and contracts.
-Maintains and administers a Public Relations database, the WinSales database, a prospecting database, and the Company Web site.
-Assists in the submission of award applications and industry ranking submissions.
-Prepares on a routine basis department reports and documents including but not limited to the weekly Key Indicators and the Weekly Prospecting report.
-Coordinates all aspects of trade show attendance, including booth space and attendee reservations, ordering premiums, preparation of booth and collateral materials for shipment, and arrangements for return shipment.
-Coordinates reception for client/prospect visits by providing breakfast/luncheon arrangements, presentation set-ups, and maintains the PowerPoint 97 slide presentation.
-Assists in the development and execution of special promotional programs.
-Maintains and coordinates a “Speakers Bureau” to promote the Company within the industries we serve.
-Conducts competitive and market research utilizing a variety of media, but primarily the Internet.
-Develops and implements appropriate personal objectives that support each fiscal year& rsquo;s department objectives and the overall Company business plan.

- University Degree in Business Administration or related filed .
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales domain
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales domain
