Responsibilities
1. Register and update radio sites’ negotiation status on Site Cycle System (SCS) database upon receiving Radio Sites Searching Area and Radio Sites Requests.
2. Follow up the preparation and finalization of radio sites and offices lease contracts in coordination with legal and all other concerned Depts. Update database accordingly and prepare related reports.
3. Act as the focal point between Syriatel and other operators regarding the collocation requests (site installation, maintenance, electricity supply etc.) and get the needed approvals.
4. Obtain the approvals for installing power meters and transformers related to radio sites and offices and follow up the flow of installation form
5. Prepare the financial claims (private and governmental) of radio sites, offices and other Syriatel premises rents and follow up checks delivery in coordination with the concerned entities.
6. Verify electricity bills received from the electricity public utility or private sectors (companies, hotels and factories) and send them to Finance department to be settled.
7. Prepare the negotiators’ target and achievement report on a quarterly basis in coordination with Negotiation Heads of Sections in all regions.
8. Check and review procurement department units’ expenses, obtain the needed approvals, follow up petty cash replenishment and Abili Balance Transfer with Finance department and update the related table accordingly within the scope of work.
9. Coordinate with RG Unit to get the needed approvals of Sites Acquisition unit's access permission security requests for ST buildings and sites entry, and security approvals for check points.
10. Prepare and circulate Sites Acquisition unit's memorandums and outgoing/incoming correspondences.
11. Archive, scan and keep a copy of all claims, memos, correspondences and all documents related to sites acquisition activities and ensure proper record management
12. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
13. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Diploma
2. Experience: 1 year experience of General/Admin work is plus
