Responsibilities
Major Duties and Responsabilties:
- Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output;
- Recommend further improvement of the logical frame work;
- Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success;
- Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results;
- Report monthly and quarterly on all project activities to the Desk Officer/Project Manager;
- Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly reports to TdH Project Management Team;
- Participate in final project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Project Manager(s) in preparing relevant reports;
- Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use;
- Preparation of monthly data reports;
- Develop M&E tools for the project and for the government counterpart/stakeholders;
- Prepare and maintain data base;
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- University degree
- Knowledge in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.
- Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in analyzing data using statistical software.
- Training & facilitation skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Organize and accurately complete multiple tasks by establishing priorities while taking into consideration special assignments, frequent interruptions, deadlines, available resources and multiple reporting relationships;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: sensitivity to and responsiveness to all partners, respectful and helpful relations with donors and project staff;
- Excellent oral and written Arabic and English;
- Proactive attitude;
- Team working skills.
