Responsibilities
- Identify freight and coordinate delivery to ensure customer
and company requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Properly monitor customer shipments to ensure on-time,
accurate and satisfactory deliveries.
- Review and approve and follow up the documents, processes and
controls of freight payment, and ensure all
documents,processes and controls are updated.
- Insured packages were complete, and up to date with correct
shipping label.
- Collaborated inter-departmentally to get packages out for
delivery on time.
- Responded and updated orders via E-mail.
- Prepares documentation, maintains records, prepare and
coordinates logistics for product shipment.
- Ensures Freight forwarders are selected based on company
objectives for cost and delivery.
- Maintains shipping records, including providing tracking or
shipping history information to customers on request.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for all
equipment and materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipment discrepancies as needed.
- Communicate with customers, employees and the management team
to ensure achievement of requirements, goals and objectives.
- Maintained customer accounts.
- Answered customer inquiries via phone, e-mail.
- Monitored shipments and provided daily updates to customers.
- Manage archiving of completed shipment files and maintain
record keeping.
- Seek innovative ways to improve service and cost, which will
include both technological and process improvements

Qualifications
•Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
•Two (2) years’ experience in shipping/ receiving/ operations.
•Good understanding, and knowledge in the production and
manufacturing electronics components.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple
concurrent assignments.
•Ability to identify work priorities and function with very
little supervision.
•Must be a team player and self-motivated.
•Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
•Requires good communication skills both verbal and written.
•Be able to navigate shipping carrier websites to track and
prepare packages and perform look-ups.
•Two (2) years’ experience in shipping/ receiving/ operations.
