Responsibilities
The Child Protection field facilitator will be working under the direct supervision of the Child Protection Assistant. All of them will be under supervision of Community Services Coordinator. He/she will be responsible for following up on matters related to child protection activities.
The Child Protection field facilitator will perform the following tasks:
• Conduct all psychosocial support sessions for children.
• Facilitate awareness sessions related to child protection.
• Facilitate awareness sessions related to Risk education.
• Communicate with parents in case that the child dropout from the activities.
• Prepare weekly activity plan in coordination with Child Protection Assistant and Center manager.
• Coordinate with teachers and child protection staff to achieve work effectively.
• Ensure activities, results, challenges and lessons learned are accurately documented in a timely manner and are available to all key stakeholders.
• Prepare attendance sheet for children.
• Raise all cases to the case managers.
• Facilitate awareness sessions related to children clubs and child protection.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
• At least 1 year of child protection experience.
• Previous experience working for a NGO or international organization an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or psychology or social studies or related field.
• Ability to follow up on a range of projects and tasks.
• Good level in written and spoken English.
• Very good computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point.
