Responsibilities
1. Managing the human resources department and providing support and guidance to all employees of the department to enable them to perform their work accurately and practically.
2. Selection of competencies and recruitment of suitable people to carry out the job.
3. Maintaining the integration of employees in the company's environment in a smooth professional manner.
4. Prepare and follow up the training plans and ensure that the employee reaches the degree of maximum effectiveness in the performance of his/her work.
5. Resolve disputes between employees through positive and professional mediation.
6. Perform all necessary administrative duties.
7. Conduct a review of staff performance and ensure that the employee understands his/her assigned tasks.
8. Review salaries and wages and ensure that they are commensurate with the local market and the quality and nature of the work assigned to each employee.
9. Adjustment of staff time and leave in all its forms.
10. Review and develop the policies and procedures of the department and propose appropriate amendments to achieve the effectiveness and accuracy of the work
11. Create clear and concise reports on the performance of the Human Resources Division and submit them to the Executive Management
12.Maintain a working environment consistent with the principles of public health and safety.
13. Dealing with staff problems in the workplace, and carrying out disciplinary actions including: verbal alerts, written warnings, and termination of service.
14. Maintain privacy and confidentiality in the workplace.
15. Implement the company's administrative policies and procedures and comply with regulations and legislation.
16. Any other task it is assigned by the administration.


Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree in business administration or related field.
-Three years of experience in Human Resources management


Specific Vacancy Requirements
-Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
-Very good oral and written in English other language is an advantage.
