Responsibilities
The Admin assistant will be working under the direct supervision of Center manager. All of them will be under supervision of Community Services Coordinator. He/she will be responsible for procedures related to documentation records activities, gathering data from the field through, follow up on activities and reporting.

The Admin assistant will perform the following tasks:

• To be responsible about register all children in the center.
• Support the center manager in the managing the center, to ensure it is an integral and effective part of the education and protection process, meeting the needs within available resources.
• Maintains proper records for all beneficiaries targeting on the project.
• Prepare child profile for all children in the center with maintaining privacy.
• Maintain proper documentation records, hard and soft copy, for all the equipment’s, supplies and other related thinks.
• Develop and maintain effective information database on projects’ activities, providing resource and necessary support for program inputs and outputs.
• Be responsible about all distribution for supplies in order to achieve the results and indicators, education and protection activities
• Responsible for ensuring that all logistical issues in the centers.
• Responsible for ensuring that all financial, issues in the centers.
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 months of humanitarian work experience.
• Previous experience working for a NGO or international organization an asset.
• Ability to follow up on a range of projects and tasks.
• Good level in written and spoken English.
• Very good computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point.

Salary and Benefits
