Responsibilities
1. Strategically expanding, preserving or improving
procedures and standards.
2. Resolving contractual and commercial problems.
3. Ensuring that all stakeholders understand and adhere to
contractual obligations
4. Discovering areas that are not in-keeping with
regulation practices
5. Overseeing financial key performance indicators (KPIs)
of a project.
6. Offering financial direction and instruction to the
project team.
7. Reporting on financial performance to the project
manager and other senior staff members.
8. Risk assessment
9. Managing and mentoring the Quantity Surveyors.
