Responsibilities
• Brief and support all the ICT user )helpdesk)
• Perform technical support to all users (information, troubleshooting, remote assistance, installation, etc).
• Maintain all ICT systems
• Being the focal point for all ICT-support matters
• Responsible of Reporting and administrative tasks
• Contact with external suppliers and providers
• Follow up the IT Inventory.
• Install and maintain the computer platform
• Perform technical support to all users (information, troubleshooting, remote assistance, installation, etc).
• Maintain all ICT systems

Qualifications
• Requiring professional diploma or university degree (IT or Telecommunication)
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar field
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Very goof knowledge of computer skills
• Knowledge of telecommunication systems is an asset (HF & VHF radio, PABX)
