Responsibilities
- Conducting tender procedures.
- Project activity reporting and documenting.
- Collect samples and delivers them to the wanted locations.
- Work directly with the foreign experts in the transfer of technical advice during the initial period of operation.
- Operation and Monitor the performance of process equipment in safe manner and ensure the availability of spare equipment for immediate use if required.
- To assist in planning, management, execution and monitoring of all project activities.
- Monitoring and reporting on implementation of project field activities by partners (Personal monthly work plans and reports, field visit reports including expense reports, etc.)
- Providing implementation support to project partners as required.
- Following formal procedures to meet government requirements in order to implement field activities.
- The field officer will liaise with local stakeholders on the field and facilitate the field implementation of the other related projects.
- Meets with sponsors, property owners and other entities to negotiate and explain the acquisition, lease and/or disposal.
- Drafts correspondence and helps prepare proposals.
- Prepares condemnation report support documents.
- Dealing with problems that might occurs at site, and solving them by coordinating between our representative / subcontractor and the client.
