Responsibilities
1. Answer customers' calls and respond to their inquiries related to GPRS&MMS Settings and GPRS& MMS Bundles info, PUK in a professional manner.
2. Promote and sell RBT songs through answering1666 calls in a professional manner.
3. Suspend customers' line for a lost or stolen in a professional manner as per the related document.
4. Register customers' complaints related to GPRS, MMS and RBT service on the related system to be followed up by the concerned party.
5. Register customers' suggestions related to RBT service on the related system.
6. Report all detected problems or system errors to the direct line of authority.
7. Ensure the proper registration for all customers’ inquiries and suggestion on the related system.
