Responsibilities
1. Review all Departments' Functional/Individual objectives to ensure they are SMART, cascaded, review KPIs “Key Performance Indicators” and ensure they are approved on a timely manner.
2. Prepare the launching of the Employee Performance Evaluation Cycles including the appraisal system as per related procedure.
3. Initiate and follow up the Employee Performance Evaluations including probation period, Rotation Vertical, Lateral and Managerial promotion evaluations.
4. Prepare all Employee Performance Evaluations’ Reports including all related statistics, needed recommendations (if any) and send to concerned Department Directors.
5. Handle Employee Performance Management System “EPMS” complaints, follow up till closing and prepare Complaints Report accordingly.
6. Assist in preparing Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) in coordination with concerned department, follow up till closing and prepare PIP quarterly report including needed recommendations (if any).
7. Update all concerned systems with the Functional Competencies when needed in line with approved competencies frame work and updated Org charts.
8. Participate in awareness sessions that aim to enhance the concept of performance management in coordination with concerned Departments’ Management on a yearly basis.
9. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
10. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.


Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration.
2. Experience: 1 Year of HR Experience is a plus.
3. Professional Certification: GPHR (Global Professional Human Resources) is a plus.
