Responsibilities
1. Call customers to gather relevant information and provide them with their incidents’ results with excellent quality of service and courteous manner in coordination with Service Desk Unit team.
2. Register new tickets for contacted customers upon their request.
3. Close batch incidents or specific incident’s type upon the request of Service Desk Unit HOSs.
4. Register accurate and clear data about each handled incident on the related system.
5. Check customers’ electronic records scanned by POS Representatives and sub dealers via “Terra” to ensure the correctness of information and adherence to Syriatel and regulatory conditions.
6. Report mistakes related to customers’ records information, validity of customers’ identification documents, subscription conditions and fraud cases to the concerned party.
7. Check customers eligibility of some offers by matching conditions on system to approve or reject the subscription accordingly.
