1. Assist in the preparation of the yearly forecast of potential number of customers for each assigned mobile application per month and area in coordination with concerned parties.
2. Prepare the initial marketing plan/campaign for each approved mobile application.
3. Prepare SyTRA (Syrian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) correspondences related to mobile application launching requests in coordination with concerned parties.
4. Prepare “marketing briefs” documents including the advertisement campaign and launching date.
5. Review designs, artworks slogan and content, follow up media plan with the Communication Unit, and propose the necessary enhancements when needed.
6. Follow up and ensure the readiness of the commercial launching with all concerned parties to be finalized on time.
7. Coordinate with Brand Activation and Promotion Unit for preparing promotion plans related to mobile applications that will be executed by Syriatel promoters.
8. Monitor mobile application performance and revenue, provide recommendations, and change requests when needed.
9. Monitor the competitor new applications and activities, study their impacts and come up with the appropriate competitive solutions.
10. Propose marketing programs related to mobile applications to increase internal and external awareness of assigned mobile applications and follow up timely execution
11. Handle and analyze the implementation of ongoing loyalty & retention marketing programs related to mobile applications, and monitor the churn rate and work to minimize it as much as possible in cooperation with all concerned parties.
12. Handle customers' complaints and inquiries received by Service Desk Support Section effectively and timely, with providing complete and accurate feedback and proper solution in coordination with Business and Mobile Solutions Specialist.
13. Suggest the needed surveys for mobile applications & related offers and submit the request upon approval to Research and Geo Marketing Unit.
14. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
15. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
16. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration is required.
2. Experience: 1 Year of Marketing Experience is a plus , preferably in Telecom.
