Responsibilities
1. Support with the registration of all cash payments and cash advances.
2. Administrative management: in cooperation with the relevant units (procurement and admin), supports the administration, including contracts, goods and service purchase, requests for quotation, in compliance with COOPI and donor procedure.
3. Expenses monitoring: in collaboration with the Country Administrator and the Project Manager conducts the financial planning of the project, monitor expenses, in accordance with the budget, provides the accountancy to the Project Manager, so as to allow him/her to monitor and plan expenditures.
4. Financial reporting: support with the preparation of donor financial reports and project documents.
5. Register all expenses in the accountancy system according to COOPI procedures.
6. Perform any other duties as required.


Qualifications
1. Certificate of higher education - Bachelor or higher in administration and finance or other related fields
2. Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
3. At least 2 years of experience in a finance position.
4. Previous experience in the INGO sector is desirable.
