Responsibilities
. Creating and revising job descriptions
. Developing, analyzing and updating evaluation program
. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
. Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
. Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
. Manage the layoff and downsizing closely with the HRM.
. Prepare the Carrier path plan and the Replacement Tables for the manpower
.Manage yearly and periodic performance cycle in accordance with the best practices, including the identification of appropriate performance criteria and measures that are aligned with the corporate objectives
.Manages the implementing of the Knowledge Transfer, Learning and Training program.
.•Contribute towards formulation of annual business plans, policies and procedures of Learning and Development

Qualifications
. BA in Business Administration level or higher qualification.
. Three (3) years relevant experience in human resources
. Professional certified courses in other HR discipline are an advantage.
MBA and/or CIPD are a plus.
