Responsibilities
• Organize all travel and visa requests for the staff.
• Organize accommodation, hotel booking and follow-up payments with the travel agencies and hotels.
• Organize events, seminars and workshops in coordination with the concerned departments and colleagues.
• Organize briefing schedule for new arrivals in coordination with the other departments.
• Create and archive Welcome files and request business cards for international staff.
• Assist the department in the administrative tasks, including invoices and official letters.
• Keep the files up to date.


Qualifications
• High school or degree in administration, travel industry, tourism, or similar field.
• 4 years of experience in a similar field.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Very good computer skills.
• Very good communication skills.
