Responsibilities
1.The ability to prepare food following the specified standards indicated on individual function sheets.
2.The ability to check and coordinate details of each function.
3.The ability to cook all food in a timely manner and in accordance with methods established by the Executive Chef and Four Seasons.
4.The ability to requisition all items needed for the next day
5.The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
6.The ability to execute Alternative Cuisine.
7.The ability to be certified in food service sanitation.
8.The ability to verify the taste and presentation of food produced prior to meal periods.
9.The ability to follow all control and key procedures.
10.The ability to expedite orders on the line.
11.The ability to inspect and supervise the sanitation and maintenance of equipment.
12.The ability to control labor and food costs.
13.The ability to review the refrigeration areas of the kitchen and store rooms to ensure the proper usage of merchandise.
14.The ability to assist the banquet kitchen and other areas as needed.
15.The ability to inform and keep the Executive Chef up-to-date on problems and irregularities and recommends courses of action.
16.The ability to assist in the development of a safe and clean working environment.
17.The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.


Qualifications
1.Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
2.Strong leadership, training and motivational skills.
3.Strong organizational skills and ability to work in stressful, fast paced environment.
