Responsibilities
1. Administer new recruits’ hiring process in terms of documents checking and activation on system.
2. Coordinate and Follow up with the medical centers to receive the new applicant's medical test result on a timely manner.
3. Prepare employment contracts, social security documents for new and current employees.
4. Handle new recruits arrangement “handset, business line, medical ID, welcome e-mail” & follow up with the concerned parties regarding creation account, Syriatel ID, office items etc.
5. Handle processes related to employees' registration or canceling from Social Security (GOSI) as per defined time frame.
6. Follow up monthly payments to the General Organization for Social Security (GOSI) through Finance Department.
7. Prepare monthly updated salaries report and submit to the General Organization for Social Security (GOSI) after checking it with Personnel Head of Section.
8. Prepare Labor Office related lists, such as new recruits' monthly and bi-yearly lists.
9. Ensure proper implementation of medical & life Insurance agreement, follow up medical claims on a timely manner and handle the medical issues related to employees' family insured members.
10. Check the appendix provided by medical & Life Insurance Company before sending to Finance Department for settlement.
11. Ensure the proper implementation of vacation, holiday and leaves policy.
12. Handle loan requests, and ensure that all loans’ bonds are signed and follow up the payment process on a timely manner.
13. Maintain and implement employees' accesses as per Access Rights Matrix on related System.
14. Maintain and implement outlook modifications requests.
15. Handle and follow up end of service process and clearance.
16. Negotiate with end of service employees to pay due balance cases and arrange for coordinating with legal unit regarding closed cases.
17. Handle Syriatel employees lost ID cases.
18. Prepare and generate needed reports within the section's scope on timely and accurate manners.
19. Update Human Resources Information system within the scope of work and maintain complete personnel records on timely manner.
20. Provide assistance by answering employees’ inquires on personnel related issues and handling employees’ complaints.
21. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
22. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
23. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.


Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration.
2. Experience: 1- 2 years of HR experience is a plus.
3. Professional Certification: N/A
