Responsibilities
1. Perform effective and efficient system audit as per system audit charter to contribute in the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.
2. Plan ahead of time for the audit assignments to ensure effective and timely communication to concerned auditees with reference to the approved yearly and quarterly system audit program in coordination with System Audit Head of Section.
3. Prepare for audit assignments by gathering and analyzing the needed documents, researches and best practices, and submit the audit checklist to System Audit Head of Section for review.
4. Prepare draft system audit/ closing findings' report supported with sufficient, comprehensive, relevant, accurate and tangible sampling and evidences and submit them on a timely basis to System Audit Head of Section.
5. Follow up audit reports and conduct closing visits to ensure that all corrective actions aimed at closing audit findings are effectively implemented.
6. Update continually audit findings log to ensure that audit data is accurate, reliable and ready for analysis purposes.
7. Report incidental findings observed either during audit conduction or outside the audit hours and submit them to System Head of Section for review.
8. Participate in providing the needed training (OJT) to System Trainee Auditor.
9. Coordinate with concerned departments to ensure the availability of needed logistics in a timely manner.
10. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
11. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/MIS/Telecom/Computer Science /IT is required.
2. Experience: 1 year experience in auditing field is required.
2. Professional Certification: Certified Quality Auditor from ASQ or Lead Assessor from LRQA is required.
