Finished or Exempted (For male)

- Verification that supplied items meets the technical offer (Quantity and Quality) and within the timeframe.
- Take photos of equipment and their serial numbers then send copy to the technical department in Oxfam
- Take photos of equipment's badges
- Monitor the implementation processes of the terms of the contract and make sure they meet the book of technical conditions
- Prepare reports during delivery and installation of items declared in the BOQ
- Scheduling of tests and trials of the equipment
- Follow-up the progress of work according to the time plan in the contract and prepares the reports about that
- Prepare quantities reports for all works in project and also equipment operation reports
- Make sure of the efficiency of the equipment during testing then upon operation reports
- Prepare the As-built drawings after finishing as necessary
- Report on activities to PHE Officer
- Directly reports any accidents including field Incidents to the Staff safety Officer.
- Draw up operational reports, or any as required
- Self-motivated, target-driven, innovative, and have excellent communication skills
- A team player with highly developed interpersonal, influencing and relationship skills
- Ability to solve implementation work problems and report the cases to the PHE officer in a timely manner.
- Deal with the contractors and other project stakeholders and conduct regular technical meetings with the suppliers and/or the contractors to resolve the implementation challenges.
- Coordinate with other Oxfam departments (MEAL, Gender, PHP, Communication) regarding the project implementation works.

In Syria :
While Oxfam has been present in the region since 1970, it began operating in Syria through its Damascus based presence in July 2013. Since then, Oxfam has been responding to both the urgent WASH needs for vulnerable people, and has been working on the rehabilitation of water systems in order to provide durable, more sustainable solutions to the affected populations. Interventions implemented under Oxfam's WASH Programme include: Provision of Acute Emergency Life-Saving WASH Services, Rehabilitation of Water Systems, Hygiene Promotion and Water Conservation, Capacity Building and Training, and Improved Emergency WASH Coordination. To date, Oxfam has been worked in 10 governorates, seeking out to over 2.5 million beneficiaries.
