• Conduct continuous security assessments and threat analysis of operating environment and through collecting information from relevant sources in the area of operation
• Attend security meetings and prepare security reports
• Inform and update staff on security developments and condition
• Provide regular/daily report, briefings and updates to the team
• Send incidents reports to the Project Manager
• Explore all possible sources of information
• Monitor staff movements tracking systems and provide regular info to staff on safety of their movement, especially when moving to the field
• Follow-up of the mobile team's traffic, and send reports on visits accompanied by all required documents
• Responds to security queries, report and suggest appropriate course of action to project-manager and management.
• Assists to conduct fire drills and other emergency/evacuation planning exercises and implementation.
• Raise the awareness among the teams on safety / security issues on regular basis.
• Be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to support Project Manager/Management/staff as required.
