• Manage a team of 3-5 programmers and work on a wide range of projects.
• Continuously consult with relevant stakeholders for the projects you manage to understand relative priorities, and delivery time frames.
• Plan the work and tasks for programmers on JIRA.
• Communicate across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concerns.
• Assess tests and implement new or upgraded software and assist with strategic decisions on new systems.
• Handling Complex Problems: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Evaluate programmers output and code.
• Implement performance procedures.

Qualifications
• Computer Science or Software Engineering or any related degree.
• Experience of Java development, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Experience in enterprise software architecture.
• Experience with RestFul APIs.
• Good knowledge of Angular framework.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
