Responsibilities
1. Provide assistance in the recruitment process in order to recruit the required workforce on a timely manner:
1.1. Maintain CVs database and update it with the selection process results and with new CVs on a daily basis.
1.2. Communicate with applicants to set interview appointments in coordination with the interviewer.
1.3. Send email to interviewers (Managers & HOSs) with the interview dates and times.
1.4. Administrate the selection tests, correct tests, and update CVs database with the results.
1.5. Prepare recruitment reports as per the HOS/Manager directions.
1.6. May participate in interviewing applicants
1.7. Participate in the recruitment campaigns (Job fairs, universities visits and recruitment activities, etc.)
2. Provide assistant in the personnel function and respond to employees inquiries:
2.1. Maintain employees records and update it whenever is needed.
2.2. Ensure to prepare records for new employees with the all employment documents as per the policies and procedures.
2.3. Handling medical & life insurance file (enrollment, separation, checking invoices, etc.)
2.4. Maintain and update Medical & Life Insurance database.
2.5. Send emails to concerned parties with the resigned employees and date of resignation.
2.6. Request outlook account and mobile phone line for new employees from the Admin assistant.
2.7. Send email to the Quality Manager requesting ETS ID card for the new employees with the related information as directed by the HR HOS.
2.8. Send email to the Admin Assistant requesting a phone extension for the new employees in compliance with policies and procedures, and as directed by the HR HOS.
2.9. Provide the HR HOS & HR & Admin Manager with employees’ attendance report on a weekly basis.
3. Provide assistance in Training activities:
3.1. Coordinate with other departments regarding the implementation of the approved training plan.
3.2. Contact training providers and coordinate with them training times and locations.
3.3. Register all training data in an updated and current database for future use.
3.4. Coordinate all training tests and evaluations for all trainees.
3.5. Coordinate all training evaluations for trainers and training providers.

4. Handle Stationary inquiries from employees and handle stationary inventory accurately.


Qualifications
Education Bachelor degree minimum; preferable in Business Administration or HR specialization.
Experience Fresh graduate; preferable 1 year experience at least in Human Resources.
Professional Certification - S/PHR, CHRM-CP/SCP is a plus.
