1. Provide specialized assistant in the recruitment process in order to recruit the required workforce on a timely manner:
1.1. Prepare online and paper vacancy Ads, social media vacancy Ads, and any other suitable sources for candidates.
1.2. Screen applicants CVs and applications to filter the most appropriate candidates to be called for an interview.
1.3. Interview candidates and prepare HR interview feedback to filter candidates based on their qualifications, experiences, and skills.
1.4. Check CVs database and ensure that it is updated and current.
1.5. Participate in recruitment campaign such as job fair and universities visits.
1.6. Prepare the hiring list and send it to HR HOS for launching the hiring process.

2.1. Prepare weekly hiring process report
2.2. Prepare monthly turnover rate and vacancy report.
2.3. Prepare recruitment reports as per the HOS/Manager directions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education Bachelor degree minimum; preferable in Business Administration or HR specialization.
Experience Minimum 3 years practical experience in Human Resources.
