Responsibilities

1. Support :
1.1. Provide second line of support for operational personnel when Service Desk Coordinators are overloaded or the problem needs assistance in troubleshooting.
1.2. Undertaker other duties as may be required by Service Desk HOS.
1.3. Provide detailed analysis for problems and identify root cause of correlated alarms.

2. Maintenance Follow Up – Critical Facilities:
2.1. Prepare Monthly Critical Facilities Preventive Maintenance Plan in coordination with customer
2.2. Communicate the plan to the concerned parties.
2.3. Follow up the execution of Monthly Preventive Maintenance Plan on the planned dates
2.4. Ensure all Preventive Maintenance check list are filled correctly and as requested by customer
2.5. Ensure all alarms had been tested during the preventive maintenance visit and ensure a proper justification been provided for the untested alarms.
2.6. Update the list of the alarms that need to be tested during the preventive maintenance visit in coordination with customer.
2.7. Prepare Monthly Critical Facilities Maintenance Statistic Report
2.8. Follow up the validation of Monthly Preventive Maintenance Report with customer and the concerned parties.

3. Maintenance Follow Up – Radio Sites:
3.1. Prepare Quarterly/Semi Annually Sites Preventive Maintenance Plans.
3.2. Communicate the plan to the concerned parties.
3.3. Ensure all alarms had been tested during the preventive maintenance visit and ensure a proper justification been provided for the untested alarms.
3.4. Follow up the execution of the plan and ensure a proper justification been provided for the not done sites.
3.5. Prepare Quarterly/Semi Annually Sites Maintenance Statistic Reports.
3.6. Prepare Quarterly/Semi Annually Rectifiers Maintenance Statistic Reports.

4. Maintenance Follow Up – Generators:
4.1. Prepare Monthly Generators Preventive Maintenance Plan in coordination with Customer concerned units
4.2. Communicate the plan to the concerned parties.
4.3. Prepare Monthly Generators Maintenance Statistic Report.

5. Follow Up the access to Customer sites Register:
Follow up the access to network site and ensure a proper justification been provided for unreported access

6. Analysis & Reports:
6.1. Provide Analysis Report upon need for:
- Alternative Power Solution
- Generators
6.2. Report any needed data/feedback upon request


Qualifications
Education Bachelor degree in engineering, preferable in Telecommunication/Power/Mechanic
Experience Not Required
Professional Certification Not Required
