Responsibilities
• Scan and archive all documents related to the procurement and logistics Dept. activities.
• Keep track of the minutes meetings
• Arrange appointments and meetings with external parties.
• Arrange the administrative issues with external parties (Requesters, suppliers,..)
• Perform duties such as maintaining public files, opening mail, completing and processing standard purchase forms.
• Communicate with sellers about product availability, and delivery.
• Process suitable documents and forms for the petty cash.
• Assist Procurement and Logistics officers for their administrative work related to the assigned tasks.
• Receive goods and guarantee both quality and quantity.
• Review invoices, Receipt notes, and making sure of compatibility with purchase orders.
• Fulfill any other related tasks that may assigned by Logistics Officer.
• Perform other duties as required.
