Administrative
• Day to day management of clinic staff including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluation.
• Provide guidance and direction to the staff for day-to-day issues and challenges.
• Ensure all data and information is collected, registered, and reporting according to the IMC standards and guidelines.
• Assist the health department in reporting and monitoring of all the provided health services at the clinics.
• In coordination with the health department, develop operational guidelines for clinic services, management, plan and internal/external referral protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate health service provision according to the standard procedures and IMC regulations using IMC standard tools.
• Serve as a focal point between IMC office and clinic for programmatic operational and human resources matters.
• Supervise clinics consumption of pharmaceuticals, medical and non-medical consumables according to standard treatment protocols and guidelines.
• Identify training needs for the clinic staff.
• Organize the workflow, and allocate duties to designated staff accordingly.
• Prepare logistical and medical order on regular and timely manner as set in clinic management plan.
• Provide weekly and monthly input/feedback/ reports to health manager, and daily as requested.
• Conduct regular meeting with clinic staff.
• Ensure close coordination with health department in all technical and administrative issues and participate in the IMC meetings as needed.
• Follow up clinic maintenance including raising PRs, have CA in his custody.
• Supervise clinic workflow, finds mechanism to ensure patient line/ queue is running smoothly.
• Putting mechanism to run facility in line with targets, with coordination with health department.
Security and safety
• Ensure first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and water stock are available in the clinic and replenish on timely manner.
• Report immediately and security and/or safety incidence/concern within and around the clinic to the health manager.

• At least 4 years of university degree, preferably in Administration field.
Experience:
• At least one-year experience specifically in program management is required.

Competency:
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic. Knowledge of another language is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and web browsers.
• Able to travel for training purposes
