Responsibilities
• Provides daily pharmacy services at the clinic.
• Maintain, submit and update all pharmacy reports on daily basis including daily expense and stock at the pharmacy.
• Submit weekly pharmacy report, and weekly medicines request.
• Conduct physical inventory to the drugs on regular basis.
• Keep and fill daily prescription, waybills in proper way.
• Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed in the clinic.
• Other related assignments

Qualifications
• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of one - three years of experience as a working pharmacy assistant.
• Minimum of one - three years of experience as a working pharmacy assistant.
Specific Vacancy Requirements
Competency:
• Must know to use Daily Drug expense registers and Stock registers to maintain the pharmacy record.
• Knowledge to work on a computer with programs like MS word and Excel in English would be an asset.
