Responsibilities
Manage communication with clients (companies and individuals) effectively
Oversee general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollment, scheduling class times and locations and sending invitation information to all trainees
Prepare training venues by ensuring instructors have all of the tools, technical equipment and resources needed to effectively teach a course
Develop training schedule plan
Coordinate between different departments in the organization
Guide new trainers to know how to deal with the technical equipment and resources
Manage ALTANMYA Learning Management System
Manage workflow through ERB System with all its modules
Manage trainers & trainees affairs and their requests
Exhibition Management
Event & Sponsorship Management
Conduct an introductory presentation effectively for new trainees about ALTANMYA Group companies


Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of related experience in PR or Administrative, must in Education Industry

Required employees number for this job:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field,
2- Bachelor’s degree in Economy or related field,
3- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field,
4- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or related field,

The Ideal Candidate Must be:
Strong in Business Communication Skills both in Arabic & English
Strong in Commercial Correspondence Skills both in Arabic & English
Strong in Personal Sales Skills
Excellent in Organization and Multi-Tasking Skills
Able to prioritize workload, and manage projects
Great in Presentation Skills
Creative & Flexible
Details & Deadline-Oriented Person
Excellent in Computer Skills, namely MS Office
Team player
