Responsibilities
• Doing Studies, design, installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Design systems for residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings, including schools, office buildings, and health care facilities.
• Work with engineering colleagues like management, installers and repair technicians.
• Work directly with clients to design new or replacement heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems specific to customer needs and building specifications; Focusing on solving problems related to air quality issue.
• Design new systems or find solutions for existing system problems and prepare estimates.
• Address heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying, cleaning, ventilating, and effectiveness, according to the Whole Building Design Guide.

Qualifications
• Education; at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience; at least 10 years’ experience in HVAC Engineering; Chillers, AHU, VRF, ETC, FAN COIL
• Job Skills; Problem solving, computer and communication skills, CAD software training (AutoCAD…etc), attention to details, Technical Skills, and project management.
