Responsibilities
1- Assess the needs and help in setting ORVs and Volunteers suggestions and planning
2- Supervise and evaluate the implementation of the plans:
- Assist in selecting ORVs and Volunteers team
- Prepare SOPs and guidelines to ensure the quality of services, achievement of objectives, and to ensure the implementation of policies and standard procedures approved by UNHCR.
- Make sure that the ORVs and Volunteers team fully understand those standard procedures and policies
- Monitor and supervise the ORVs and Volunteers services in all community centers, that include setting the appropriate monitoring system and document it, and follow up the team through regular meetings and reports
3- Responsible of capacity building for the ORVs and Volunteers team
4- Prepare and analysis the ORVs and Volunteers reports to avoid gaps, improve the productivity and quality of services
5- Support Self-care programs for all staff
6- Cooperate with other services and programs
7- Represent the partner in the ORVs and Volunteers field.
8- Preform other duties as required.


Qualifications
- University degree; preferably related to social work
- Excellent level in english (speaking and writing )
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in managing and reporting.
- Experience in emergency work is a plus
