Responsibilities
1. Assessing and evaluating patients' health conditions
2. Developing and implementing nursing care plans
3. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
4. Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
5. Educating patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
6. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
7. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
8. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
9. Participating in quality improvement initiatives
10. Providing emotional support to patients and their families
11. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
