Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Recording financial entries & transaction (Bank deposits, payments that covering rent, suppliers , customers, employees, refund payments, zero payments, Credit cards refund, government and Taxes, forex transactions, transfer between banks, credit interests, debit interests, accrual interests, fees, stamp and commissions, UTS & 3G deposits).
Daily main petty cash count
Validate colleagues financial entries
Coordinate with Bank reconciliations section to solve daily pending transaction
Follow up all the swifts for government and VIP checks.
Prepare treasury reports
Deal with suppliers, banks, and customers.
Monthly Closing entries and reports
