1. Answering the questions of beneficiaries visiting the office and provide basic and accurate information.
2. Welcoming visitors from other INGOs or Oxfam hubs and helping them navigate through an office.
3. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
4. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain safety of premises. Control admission of authorized personnel and movement of Oxfam property in and out of the premises.
5. Ensure that attendance and visitors logs are maintained.
6. Report any abnormalities with security setup to the safety officer.
7. Ensure that all office machines, air conditioners, generator, lights, etc are turned off after working hours.
8. Patrol and maintain security of the office premises including the grounds of the building and report any irregularity on daily basis to Security officer.
9. Ensure main building and out-building alarms are functional at close of day.
10. Open and close the office on daily basis.

• Minimum (2 Years) experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar administrative role.
• Educational degree: minimum Highschool degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience in humanitarian NGO, preferable INGO
• Site inspection experience is an asset.
• Experience in data entering and registrations.
• Team-working skills.
• Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
• Competency in use of relevant technology systems (Microsoft Office applications)
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Desirable
• Responsible, flexible, adaptable, prioritizing
• Good team player and builder.
• Preferable College Graduate, or Undergraduate.

Interventions implemented under Oxfam's WASH Programme include: Provision of Acute Emergency Life-Saving WASH Services, Rehabilitation of Water Systems, Hygiene Promotion and Water Conservation, Capacity Building and Training, and Improved Emergency WASH Coordination. To date, Oxfam has been worked in 10 governorates, seeking out to over 2.5 million beneficiaries.
