- Candidate Relations Manager: Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, and answering any queries they may have.
- Interview Scheduler: Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews, ensuring that the process is efficient and respectful of everyone's time.
- Recruitment Strategist: Contributing to developing recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Data Analyst: Keeping track of recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve the recruitment process. Reviews all employee contracts, Company policies, In track with all absences and attendance of each employee performance.
- Relations Specialist: focused on maintaining a positive employer-employee relationship and promoting a high level of employee morale and motivation.
